We are part of OSSG (ONTAP Software & Storage group) who are responsible for building, managing, and launching NetApp's core storage and data management products. The team builds the foundational product capabilities behind NetApp's flagship product ONTAP and is at the forefront of driving a transformational journey at NetApp by accelerating innovation across NetApp's hybrid cloud portfolio (Public, Private & On Prem). Within OSSG the Customer Product Management, Customer Communications team works directly with customers, our partners, and the NetApp field to understand and capture customers business challenges, understand the customers application environment, and cloud landscape. We then work closely with individual ONTAP Product Managers to ensure ONTAP delights customers and solves their data management objectives. The Customer Communications team also works closely with Product Marketing, crafting the messaging that supports the launch of new products and new product versions. The team regular presents to customers and our field to articulate and quantify the value of ONTAP and the NetApp ecosystem. This role reports into the manager of Customer Communications and will work closely with Inbound Product Management, Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and other key Field partners. In this role, you will focus on messaging the value of ONTAP and ONTAP features and capturing the use cases across the installed base to drive customer stickiness, add-ons/ upgrades and grow customer lifetime value. The successful candidate has a passion for understanding critical customer needs, technical prowess, and exceptional communication skills, oral and written. Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Function as an expert on advanced storage technologies and showcase understanding of the ONTAP portfolio and its technical /business value drivers Meet with customers, partners, and NetApp Field sales to understand and succinctly capture the product use case along with key details such as scalability, product interdependencies and ultimately business outcome Articulate and catalog these use cases for the Product Management team Develop key messaging for new ONTAP features that capture the business value of the feature and how these features help customers achieve their business objectives Present to various customers at NetApp Executive Briefing Centers, in person and virtually, where you will be the voice of ONTAP and articulate why customers should choose and trust ONTAP to drive their hybrid cloud initiatives Help the Product Management and Engineering teams validate product assumptions by being a liaison in the customer and sales communities Work with Customer Marketing and Solutions Marketing to ensure ONTAP is positioned correctly in all events and collateral and the value of ONTAP is clearly defined Work with Engineering, Product Management and Technical Marketing team to develop and deliver presentations on the future of ONTAP, where it is going, why are we focuses where we are and why NetApp's vision for ONTAP is the right one for customers looking to win with the Hybrid Cloud Capabilities:
Ability and aptitude to develop deep understanding of NetApp's product portfolio, market segments, value propositions Excellent communication, collateral creation, organization, leadership, and execution skills Ability to consolidate information from a variety of resources, including (but not limited to) usage data, customer feedback, and market analysis, to create field/customer enablement collateral and roadmaps Builds strong connections and work cohesively with internal and external stakeholders Education >5 years of prior experience of working in Enterprise Software or the IT infrastructure space in the following roles:
Product Management, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering Prior experience in working with establishing and executing on a systematic customer enablement process Ability to work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders within the BU and Field orgs Self-motivated, process driven, biased toward action, capable of defining objectives and delivering workstreams from start to finish with limited oversight Experience in people management.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Engineering, Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
