Feature Engineering Program Manager
Summary As an Engineering Program Manager you will represent Cloud Volumes Service (CVS) Production Engineering at each stage of the development lifecycle for major features, working closely with our Production Engineering Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud Engineering teams. This is a challenging position in a fast paced environment, with the opportunity to work collaboratively with distributed teams.
Essential Functions:
Provide a leadership role for CVS participation in the Service Delivery Engine (SDE) planning and development. Participate in roadmap planning and release vehicle targeting. Represent CVS for readiness decision making. Provide input into planning and managing SRE resources to support SDE development. Communicate status, key issues, and changes that may impact expected results. Identify appropriate release artifacts and ensure they are reviewed, approved, and available to Prod Eng Influence optimization of the new feature introduction process. Influence and drive improvement in the customer experience and software quality across development, QA, Production Eng, and Information Eng. Job Requirements Requirements:

This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President-level personnel. Limited supervision is provided, as this individual can manage workloads, set priorities, and drive results independently. Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed global team to meet aggressive goals, while responding to changing business and technical conditions. Education A minimum of 8 years of experience is required. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required. Familiarity with the Atlassian collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence PMP is preferred.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
