Strong SAP CS module, configuration, and business area knowledge required.

years of Technical Project Management experience in Customer Services area preferably in SAP SD and/or SAP CS modules.
Must have hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP SD, specifically within the CS module Hands-on expertise in SAP SD and/or CS modules required.
o Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SDShould have integration experience between SAP CS and third-party customer service systems.
Communicate with the business SMEs to understand the Customer Service processes and able to provide IT solutions.
oCommunicate with App developers and SAP development team on various issues, changes and projects.
o Participate in Release Management and Projects.
Prepare technical requirement specification documents to provide to UI App developers and SAP backend team.
o Experience of managing small to medium scale in different technologies like SAP, ServiceNow, Mobile technologies o Documentation of Work specifications, co-ordinate and able to work with other IT departments for various projects or in resolving tickets/ issues.
Actively participates in the evaluation and prioritization of proposed systems projects, resource estimation and participants needed to achieve the proposed solution.
Understand and translate the business requirement into solution design Responsible for analyzing customers business requirements in SAP Customer Service (CS) module and tailoring the use of the system to meet those objectives.
Effective and timely communication to business stakeholders and directives and help in supporting regular needs Builds and maintains strong end user relationships for all SAP CS-related matters.

o Facilitate Gap analysis and Business process mapping As Is vs To Be workshops with IT and Business Partners.
o Help visualize big picture of End to End Service setup to provide technical design for project that requires strong technical knowledge of ERP SAP CS / SD module & field services mobile solutions and other web based solutions.
o Proactively manage changes in project scope to maximize success and minimize risk to stakeholders and the company o Meet with stakeholders to take detailed objectives and clarify specific requirements for the agreed scope of the project(s).
o Develop complete project plans and associated communications documents.
o Apply Siemens Healthineers project process and management principles at all aspects of project scope and deliverables.
o Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
o Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
